Traditions abound at this time of year and one of those traditions is holiday baking.
Every year, I bake mountains of cookies and every year, I get requests for this one, in particular:
The Italian Rainbow Cookie
This year, I won’t get to spend the holiday with my oldest son. He lives out of state now and due to Covid, will not be traveling.
He says it’s just not Christmas without these cookies, so I recorded a tutorial for anyone who’d like to see how my mistake with this recipe resulted in a family favorite treat.
